Annual Scholarship Support in Perpetuity

Ms. Allen has made a provision in a trust to provide scholarship resources at Norfolk State University. Students who graduate from high schools in Southeast and Northern Virginia. These students will be eligible for an annual scholarship award from the Rhonda Allen Endowment. We asked Ms. Allen about her motivation for giving. "I love my HBCU -- Norfolk State University! I give to NSU so that students in need will have an opportunity to fulfill their college education dream like myself and to use their education towards a bright career future. More importantly, students today need financial assistance so that they are not burdened with huge college debt when they graduate."
